Cancellations:
We offer a full refund within 3 days of the original purchase date.
Exchange: To qualify for an Exchange:

• The product must be unused and in its original packaging 

• Proof of purchase (such as an order confirmation or receipt) is required.

No Refunds After 3 Days
After 3 days from the date of purchase, all sales are considered final, and we are unable to offer exchanges after 7 days of receipt.
How to Request a Refund
To initiate a refund request, please contact our Customer Support Team within 3 days at Thearomalabus@gmail.com.
Once your request is reviewed and approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please allow up to 5–7 business days for the refund to appear on your account, depending on your payment provider.
Exceptions
